Pellets

Pellet Waste products resulting from agricultural and sylvan activities are used for the manufacturing of pellets.

Conifer sawdust and chips (spruce, pine, etc.) are cleaned, shattered, conditioned, shaped and pressed using special machines.

The stability of the product is reached due to the lignin contained therein or by adding a natural binder.

The production process is performed without using any chemical substance. If pellets are packed correctly, they have a high calorific value and represent an ideal alternative to oil and gas.

Packing methods:

  • Bags of 15 kg
  • Bags of 1200 kg, also called “big bags”
  • Unpacked pellets in tank cars
  • The maximum load of the tank is of 23.4 tons in bags and 22.8 tons in “big bags”
  • The weight of bag pallets is of 975 kg, i.e. 65 bags

2. End of the gas and fuel oil crisis
3. Calorific value>18 Mj/Kg
4. Humidity: <10%
5. Low ash content: <0.7%

Combustion shall take place only in authorized installations (see Instructions for the use of burners).
