Conifer sawdust and chips (spruce, pine, etc.) are cleaned, shattered, conditioned, shaped and pressed using special machines. The stability of the product is reached due to the lignin contained therein or by adding a natural binder. The production process is performed without using any chemical substance. If pellets are packed correctly, they have a high calorific value and represent an ideal alternative to oil and gas. Packing methods:
A natural product– A product that does not require the addition of chemical products or of tree bark and that only uses fresh sawdust and wood chips. ADVANTAGES:1. Waste products resulting from agricultural and sylvan activities are used for the manufacturing of pellets.
